Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in various clinical settings under provider supervision. The RN will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient needs, collaborate with providers, and support families with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires an active CT RN license and CPR certification, with preference for 3 years of practice experience and familiarity with medical software.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors affecting patients.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing intervention.
• Assists patients and family members with concern and confidentiality.
