Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient and office-based care team. Under provider direction, you will deliver skilled nursing care, assess patients, triage calls, and coordinate with the care team. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Under provider direction, the RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient health needs.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assist patients and families with concerns while respecting confidentiality.
• Travel to other regional offices as needed.
