Job summary

Aperion Care in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care and supervise nursing aides in a compliant, compassionate environment.

The RN will administer medications, document care, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safety and high-quality service. CPR/First Aid are required, and LTC experience is preferred. On-site role with robust benefits and room to advance within Aperion Care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, families and staff to meet residents' needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety protocols in the facility.
• Perform nursing services such as wound care, IV care and catheterization as applicable.
