PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care in the med-surgical unit. You will coordinate interdisciplinary plans, discharge planning, and family teaching for post-hospitalization, while utilizing the nursing process.

Applicants should hold current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (or within 90 days of start), and may have 1 year of inpatient med-surgical experience.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; for Charge Nurses, ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and plan discharge.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties and ACLS as needed.
