Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our on-site nursing unit. You will deliver and supervise patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary planning, and support discharge planning for post-hospitalization needs.

ACLS/BLS certifications are required within specified timelines. While one year of inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred, your strong nursing foundation and commitment to patient-centered care are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in the state where hospital resides or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform duties as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for this role.
