Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospitals of Miamisburg seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise patient care on the inpatient unit, under leadership of nursing management. You will coordinate discharge planning, educate patients and families for post-hospital care, and connect with community resources.

ACLS certs may be required for Charge Nurse duties. Current RN licensure in the state (or compact), plus BLS is required; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or a compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required and ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days; Charge Nurses require ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to inpatients.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families for post-hospital care; access community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned and ACLS certification required for that role.
