Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the unit. You will plan and coordinate care, participate in discharge planning, and teach patients and families for post-hospitalization.

ACLS and BLS are required, with ACLS certification within 90 days; one year of inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred. PAM Health offers growth opportunities across 70+ locations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment. BLS and ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients on the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care, including discharge planning and family teaching.
• Access community resources as part of inter-disciplinary planning.
• Perform related duties as assigned; may serve as Charge Nurse (ACLS required).
