Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. The role includes discharge planning, teaching patients and families, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

ACLS is required from day one for charge roles; BLS is required now. One year of inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred, with growth opportunities across PAM Health's many locations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process
• Coordinate discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
• Access community resources as part of care planning
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as requested/needed
