Job summary

Villa At West Branch is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The RN assumes responsibility for a group of residents for a shift, delivering nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Key duties include providing licensed care, supervising CNAs, administering medications, charting, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance for residents in the facility setting.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Maintains clean and sanitary care areas and reports conditions.
• Directs day-to-day CNA services to ensure quality care.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Charts nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident responses.
• Admits, transfers and discharges residents as needed.
