Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurses.
• Review referrals when admissions are unavailable.
• Perform patient assessments and care plan evaluations.
• Assist LVN and CNA staff with duties as needed.
• Administer treatments and medications per physician orders.
• Maintain documentation per Federal, State and Company policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health codes and regulations.
