Job summary
Front Porch is seeking a Registered Nurse in California to coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess residents, review referrals, and ensure care plans meet federal/state regulations and policy guidelines.
The role requires a California RN license and a Bachelor's degree in nursing. This full-time position offers benefits and a competitive pay range, with a 4/2 schedule on the NOC shift.
Qualifications
- California Registered Nurse license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations and company policies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and direct CNAs and LVN Charge Nurses.
- Assess residents and evaluate plans of care.
- Review referrals in the absence of admissions or nursing leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy.
- Maintain documentation and inventory of supplies and medications.
- Provide quality customer service to residents, families and staff.
- Attend mandatory in-service meetings and follow safety procedures.
