Job summary

Front Porch is seeking a Registered Nurse in California to coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess residents, review referrals, and ensure care plans meet federal/state regulations and policy guidelines.

The role requires a California RN license and a Bachelor's degree in nursing. This full-time position offers benefits and a competitive pay range, with a 4/2 schedule on the NOC shift.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is not mandatory.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and company policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and direct CNAs and LVN Charge Nurses.
• Assess residents and evaluate plans of care.
• Review referrals in the absence of admissions or nursing leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of supplies and medications.
• Provide quality customer service to residents, families and staff.
• Attend mandatory in-service meetings and follow safety procedures.
