Front Porch's San Francisco Towers seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurses, ensuring resident needs are met according to Federal and State regulations and company policy.

The role includes reviewing referrals when admissions aren’t available, conducting patient assessments, coordinating care plans, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliant documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in California.
• First Aid certificate.
• CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurses.
• Review referrals in the absence of admissions or DON.
• Coordinate and perform patient assessments and care plan evaluations.
• Assist LVN and CNA staff with duties as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with federal, state and company policies.
