Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in California.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with long-term care, geriatric, or rehabilitative nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurse(s).
• Review referrals in the absence of admissions or the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate and perform patient assessments and plan of care evaluations.
• Assist LVN and CNA staff with duties as needed.
• Administer treatments, medications or other nursing interventions as indicated by the plan of care.
• Ensure emergency measures follow policy and nursing standards.
• Maintain documentation per Federal, State and Company Policy.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and medications.
• Attend mandatory in-service meetings and comply with policies.
