Job summary

Front Porch Towers in San Francisco is seeking a Registered Nurse leader to coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurse staff. You will ensure resident care meets Federal and State regulations and company policy, while coordinating assessments and care plans with the physician.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing treatments as ordered, maintaining documentation, managing supplies, and upholding patient rights with a focus on safety and quality of care at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating nursing staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate care plans and patient assessments.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, supervises and directs CNAs and LVN Charge Nurse staff.
• Coordinates and performs patient assessments and plan of care evaluations.
• Assists LVN and CNA staff with their duties as needed.
• Coordinates and performs treatments, medications or other nursing interventions as ordered.
• Ensures emergency measures follow policy and nursing standards.
• Maintains documentation per federal, state and company policy.
• Manages inventory of medical supplies and medications.
• Upholds patient rights and safety.
