Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement the nursing process across the continuum of care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patient responses.

The role emphasizes human-centered care, with opportunities to work across dependent, interdependent, and independent functions to support patient health and recovery. A valid RN license and relevant clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan.
• Current RN licensure in the practice state(s); additional certification may be required for specialty areas.
• Minimum 400 hours of nursing experience if not a recent graduate.
