Job description

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for implementing the nursing process within a healthcare facility, assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and documenting patient responses to health issues.

• Responsibilities: Deliver dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions across the care continuum, ensuring quality patient care and proper documentation.
• Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical experience; current RN licensure in the practice state; bachelor's degree preferred; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team; knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
