Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care aligned with age-specific standards and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities include health maintenance, patient assessments, education, and potential charge-nurse duties, while ensuring safe, ethical care and staff

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the practice state(s); additional licensure may be required for telehealth services.
  • At least 400 hours of clinical experience or supervised clinical training across the lifespan.
  • Ability to practice within the scope defined by state laws and professional standards.
