Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement the nursing process across the continuum of care, assessing, planning, intervening, and documenting patient responses to health issues. You will collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with an active Minnesota RN license; a BSN is preferred, and additional certifications may be required for specialty areas.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan.
• Current RN licensure in the practice state(s) (Minnesota).
