Key Responsibilities: Float across multiple facilities within a regional footprint, providing care in diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU. Collaborate with varied care teams, strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, and adapt to dynamic environments.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and recent bedside experience—one year for Med/Surg and two years for specialized units. Certifications like BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS are required depending on the unit. Physical stamina for walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and patient handling is necessary.
