Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a dynamic regional float pool. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple units.

Candidates should hold an RN license with BSN preferred, BLS; ACLS for critical care; and 1+ year bedside Med/Surg or 2+ years ICU experience. Night shifts and regional facility assignments are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BISN preferred.
• Valid RN licensure and recent bedside RN experience (minimum of 1 year for Med/Surg, 2 years for ICU and specialty units).
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients as needed.

They will report to facilities within a regional footprint, with facility assignments discussed upon hire.

• Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to various clinical settings.
• Maintain current licensure and meet all state requirements.
