Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a regional float pool to provide high-quality care across adult and geriatric patients in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU units.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple facilities within a regional footprint. The role requires adaptability, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking, and a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Current RN license in MO or compact licensure.
• At least 1 year bedside RN experience in Med/Surg, or 2 years for specialty units.
• BLS certification required for Med/Surg.
• NRP certification for Women’s Health.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients, based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts. They will report to multiple facilities within the regional footprint, providing care across diverse units such as Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.

Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, strengthening clinical assessment and critical thinking, and adapting to various patient populations and environments.

Qualifications include a current RN license in the state or compact licensure, at least one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg or a minimum of two years for specialty units, and certifications such as BLS (required for Med/Surg) and NRP (for Women’s Health). Physical demands involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
