Job summary

Live Well Homecare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool, providing individualized adult and geriatric care across multiple hospital facilities. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while floating between sites.

The role requires LPN licensure, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable, plus IV certification and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license is required and active.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS as applicable.
• IV certification required.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Float between multiple facilities in the region.
• Serve diverse units including Med/Surg, ICU, ED and others.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt to different clinical settings and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Float between facilities
• Serve diverse units including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and more
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt to various clinical settings

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Valid LPN license
• Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg, two years for specialty units
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable
• IV certification
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds
