Mercy is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and other units within a regional float pool. The role supports coverage across multiple hospitals in the region.

Ideal candidates hold MO RN licensure (or compact) with a BSN preferred, and have 1–2 years of bedside RN experience depending on unit, plus BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS as required. This on-site position emphasizes safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in MO or compact state.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for specialty units.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS as required by unit.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients.

The nurse reports to facilities within a regional footprint, with facility assignments discussed upon hire. This full-time position is in the Regional Float Pool, providing coverage across multiple hospitals in the region.
