Job summary

Ascension Providence in Waco, TX is seeking a Night Shift Float Pool RN to deliver expert nursing care across multiple specialty units. You will act as the primary liaison between specialists to keep recovery goals on track while adapting to a fast-paced environment during night hours.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS are preferred. A minimum of 1 year in a Critical Care setting is expected, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 offered.

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
• RN credential with Texas Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred/accepted.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.


• 1+ year of Critical Care Registered Nursing experience.
