Job summary

Mercy is seeking nurses for the St Louis Float Pool. Full-Time & Part-Time shifts available. If you're passionate about learning, flexibility, and making a difference, the Float Pool is the perfect place for you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Grow professionally in a dynamic float pool environment.
