Mercy Float Pool Nurses are needed to provide patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology and more, in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The team supports learning and cross-training while delivering compassionate nursing care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• ACLS (American Heart Association).

Responsabilités

• Float to multiple units to provide bedside nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and adhere to Mercy policies.
• Support learning and professional development of self and others.
