Zusammenfassung

Mercy St Louis Float Pool is hiring registered nurses to provide high-quality patient care across multiple units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, and more. This is a full-time and part-time float role designed for growth, learning, and cross-unit collaboration.

We offer flexible scheduling (days, midshifts, nights) with opportunities from 16 hours per week to full-time, plus shift differential pay and an incentive rate for the float pool.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
