Job summary

CentraCare Health invites passionate Registered Nurses to join the Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital, gaining a wide range of clinical experiences and skills while enjoying professional growth, flexibility, and meaningful patient care.

Openings include full-time positions with 60, 64, or 72 hours every two weeks onsite, day/evening rotations, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• BSN or higher required within 36 months of hire.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple hospital units as a Float Pool RN.
• Maintain competency through diverse clinical rotations.
• Rotate day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
• Deliver care per unit policies and standards.

Current opening (subject to change)

• Full-time | 60, 64 or 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Day/evening shift rotation |12- and 8-hr shifts | 7am-7:30pm and 3-11:30pm
• Night shifts | 12-hr shifts | 7pm-7:30am
• Every third weekend | Holidays per unit policy

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
• Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
• Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
• Pay range: $42.86-71.51 per hour

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
