Job summary

CentraCare invites passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our ICU team at the St. Cloud Hospital. This RN role focuses on critically ill patients, with a 29-bed unit and a Magnet-designated environment known for high-quality patient care.

The schedule is full-time, 60 hours biweekly, 12-hour day/night rotations, and every other weekend/holiday. Competitive hourly pay starts at $42.86–$45.82, with a pay range up to $71.51 per hour, plus sign-on and relocation bonuses where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Minnesota RN License.
• BSN or higher within three (3) years of being hired.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• ACLS required (with the exception of casual staff) or obtained within 36 months; required prior to obtaining code blue competency.
• CCRN certification preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks | 12-hour Day/Night rotation | 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am | every other weekend and holiday

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (with the exception of casual staff) or obtained within 36 months; required prior to obtaining code blue competency
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred

The ICU is a GOLD-level Beacon Award-winning unit in our five-time Magnet-designated hospital! Our team provides care within our 29-bed unit with approximately 110RNs.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previousemployees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromthe St. Cloud Hospital andrelocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
