Job summary

CentraCare Health is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join the Float Pool team in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will work in various units, gaining diverse clinical experiences while ensuring high-quality patient care. Full-time positions offer flexible scheduling with night shifts, a pay range starting at $41.34 per hour, plus full benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and a $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Current Minnesota RN License required.
• BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired.

Job description

CentraCare invites passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital. This variety helps you gain a wide range of clinical experiences and skills while offering a rewarding career with opportunities for professional growth, flexibility, and the chance to make a significant impact across various patient care settings.

Schedule

• Full-time | 60 or 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Night shift | 12-hr shifts | 7pm-7:30am
• Every third weekend | Holidays per unit policy

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
  • Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
