Job summary

CentraCare Health is seeking a bedside RN to lead a team of patient care providers in the Medical Unit 2 at St. Cloud Hospital.

The role involves planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, ensuring high standards within all guidelines and policies. You will work part-time, 12-hour nights (7:00pm–7:30am) with every other weekend and rotating holidays, and compensation includes hourly pay starting at $42.86–$45.82 depending on degree, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 relocation

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and MN RN license required.
• BSN required within three years.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you’ll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.

To succeed, you’ll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

Current Openings:

Part-time | 48 hours per two week pay period | Onsite

12hr night shift | 7:00pm – 7:30am

Includes every other weekend (Fri-Sun)

Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

Hiring bonusrequirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must be an external candidate and accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromSt. Cloud Hospital andrelocate to within 30 miles of it.
