CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Lead to oversee a team of patient care providers and coordinate planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. You’ll ensure high standards of care within guidelines and work with coworkers, patients, and families.

The role requires independent work, effective communication, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Night shifts occur with rotating weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nursing program and MN RN license required.
• BSN required within three years.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

Help make a difference in the lives of our patients and find your purpose providing care and dignity to theMedical Unit 1patient population!

In this role, you’ll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you’ll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.

To succeed, you’ll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

Schedule

• Part-time | 36 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• 12hr night shift | 7:00pm - 7:30am
• Every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
• $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

To be eligible for the hiring and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
