Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, supervise and document care and teaching.
• Effectively communicates patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and implements solutions.
• Acts as a patient advocate while planning and evaluating goal-focused, individualized care.
