Ascension is seeking an experienced RN for Labor and Delivery at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital in Anderson, IN. This PRN night-shift position involves coordinating multi-disciplinary care, monitoring patient conditions, and executing physician orders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Two years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred; BLS, Indiana RN license or NLC, and a nursing diploma are required. 403(b) retirement and well-being resources are among the benefits.

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date; valid American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC obtained prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

• Two years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery is highly preferred.
