Job summary

Ascension in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN coverage in the Women's and Infant department at St. Vincent Hospital Indianapolis. You will implement and monitor patient care plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

The role requires Indiana RN licensure, BLS, and the ability to carry out physician and nursing orders. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling within a leading Catholic health system.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from Indiana Board of Nursing prior to hire or NLC is required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

• Coordinate discipline-specific contributions for well-coordinated care.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
