Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, seeks an RN to deliver person-centered care and support residents’ health and well-being with compassion and professionalism.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document timely in the EMR, and promote residents’ independence while adhering to state nurse practice acts and infection prevention standards. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Experience caring for seniors or residents with cognitive impairment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Monitor residents{''} clinical and care conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform therapies per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document in the EMR timely and accurately.
