Quality Talent Group has partnered with a leading Cincinnati area healthcare network to hire a Registered Nurse. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules across various units, with opportunities to grow your clinical skills and impact patient care.

Key responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, delivering evidence-based care, documenting in EMR, and collaborating with the clinical team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs while collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans: Work with patients and families to create personalized care plans that prioritize patient needs and goals.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care, educate patients and families, and implement interventions according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor patient responses and adjust care based on outcomes and evidence-based practices.
• Drive improvement: Work with the Clinical Manager to develop and evaluate Performance Improvement initiatives and support better patient outcomes.
• Promote High Reliability: Use High Reliability principles and data to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor: Motivate, educate, delegate, and mentor peers and team members while effectively managing patient care.
• Document care: Accurately document the nursing process, plan of care, education, updates, and patient and family responses in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance: Follow organizational and department policies and complete required training and educational requirements.
