PAM Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on an inpatient unit. Under Nursing leadership, you will plan and coordinate care, discharge planning, and teach patients and families for post-hospital needs.

Required RN licensure, BLS; ACLS within 90 days of employment; ACLS for Charge Nurses. Growth opportunities and supportive leadership are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS must be current for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process on the unit.
• Coordinate discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and community resource access.
• Support leadership as needed; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
