PAM Health, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on an inpatient unit under the supervision of Nursing leadership. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families for post-hospital care.

ACLS certification is required within 90 days, with BLS baseline required now. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to ACLS for Charge Nurses, and potential growth across PAM

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where the hospital resides, or a compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA approved).
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and community resource access; may serve as Charge Nurse.
