Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a hospital setting. Under supervision, you will deliver, direct and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit, coordinating interdisciplinary plans and discharge planning.

Requirements include active RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification (ACLS within 90 days). Experience in inpatient medical-surgical nursing is preferred. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning and post-hospitalization teaching.
• Assist in accessing community resources and supporting patient/family education.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification is required for this role.
