Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under the guidance of nursing leadership. The RN will coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning, including teaching patients and families for post-hospitalization, while supporting community resources and safe care transitions.

Qualifications include active RN licensure, current BLS, and ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides or compact state.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate and discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
