Qualifications

• BSN and IL RN license are required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status at admission and document care.
• Organize and validate health data for the care plan.
• Develop and update the plan of care with patient/family.
• Provide patient education based on evidence-based practice.
