Milton Hospital is seeking an ER Nurse for a 12-hour night shift. This contract position offers guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, excluding on-call time, and requires passing a telemetry ECG and medications test on day one.

Candidates must be vaccinated (COVID-19 with booster, influenza) and hold ACLS and CPR certification (PALS/ENPC preferred). Minimum two years of ER experience is required, with no local traveler residency within 50 miles.

Position Details

Contract position with guaranteed hours of 72 hours biweekly on all assignments. These guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must pass a pass/fail ECG/Telemetry test and medications test on the first day of orientation.
• COVID-19 vaccine plus booster required; medical exemptions accepted.
• Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions accepted.
• Must have ACLS and CPR certification; PALS or ENPC preferred.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Must pass telemetry ECG test and medications test on day one at orientation.
• No local travelers accepted (cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility).
• Travelers who have worked at this facility as permanent or per diem staff within the last year are not eligible; a one-year separation is required.

Start date: ASAP, with an estimated start approximately 4 weeks out due to compliance requirements.
