Requirements include MA RN license, 2+ years ER experience, BLS/ACLS/TNCC/PALS, and vaccination. Travel staff onboarding is strict and compliance-driven.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in MA or equivalent eligible to practice in the assignment state.
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS.
• Ability to pass telemetry ECG and medications tests on orientation.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality ER nursing care including triage, assessment, monitoring, and rapid response.
• Administer medications and perform procedures per orders with patient safety in focus.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry and respond to rhythm changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan and adjust care.
• Document assessments and outcomes in the EMR and educate patients/families.
