Job summary

Aura Health in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center emergency team. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, coordinate across departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• Hospital-based experience required; ED experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC completed or within specified timeframes.

• Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care and evaluate team members' effectiveness.
• Coordinating care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current RN licensure or temporary permit.
• Hospital-based experience required, with preferred emergency department experience.
• Certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC are required or completed within specified timeframes.
