Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care in a homecare setting. You will perform nursing assessments, plan care, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.

The role supports flexible day or night shifts with no weekend or holiday commitments, and requires availability for short-notice shifts within a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, preferably with a BSN.
• Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties.
• Certifications include BLS; ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED.
• Epic experience preferred.
