Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a fast-paced Emergency Department role in Springfield, Missouri. You will join a dedicated ER team in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center, providing patient care across a spectrum from minor illnesses to critical injuries.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments while preserving patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• Hospital-based experience, preferably 1 year in Emergency.
• Current certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Work with the ER team in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center to care for diverse patient needs.
