Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an experienced ER RN at Hudson Hospital & Clinic to provide comprehensive nursing care across the life span in a fast-paced ED. The role emphasizes using the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to meet evolving patient needs with a patient‑centered approach.

Minimum requirements include Wisconsin RN license, current BLS, and ER experience; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/NIHSS/TNCC support within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum one year ER experience as ERT or RN; New RN graduate with 1 year ERT considered.
• Current Wisconsin Nursing License required.
• BLS certification required at start date.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• PALS/ENPC certification required within 3 months of hire.
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire.
• TNCC within 18 months of ED experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Minimum one year of recent ER experience as an ERT or RN required.
  • Will consider New RN Graduate with 1 year ERT experience.
• Current Wisconsin Nursing License required.
• Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date(from American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire/start date.
• PALS / ENPC certification required within 3 months of hire/start date.
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire/start date.
• TNCC certification within 18 months of Emergency Department experience required.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a RN preferred.
