Job summary

Hudson Hospital & Clinic is seeking an experienced ER nurse to utilize the nursing process across the life span in a fast-paced ED environment. The role requires acute ER experience, Wisconsin RN licensure, and current BLS; ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC are expected within specified timeframes.

Join our team to deliver high-quality emergency care and collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary group in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum one year of recent ER experience as an ERT or RN.
• New RN Graduate with 1 year ERT experience considered.
• Current Wisconsin Nursing License required.
• Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire/start date.
• PALS / ENPC certification required within 3 months of hire/start date.
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire/start date.
• TNCC certification within 18 months of Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) to meet the changing needs of patients across the life span.
• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
