Job summary
HealthPartners is seeking an experienced ER RN at Hudson Hospital & Clinic to provide comprehensive nursing care across the life span in a fast-paced ED. The role emphasizes using the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to meet evolving patient needs with a patient‑centered approach.
Minimum requirements include Wisconsin RN license, current BLS, and ER experience; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/NIHSS/TNCC support within defined timeframes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum one year ER experience as ERT or RN; New RN graduate with 1 year ERT considered.
- Current Wisconsin Nursing License required.
- BLS certification required at start date.
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
- PALS/ENPC certification required within 3 months of hire.
- NIHSS required within 3 months of hire.
- TNCC within 18 months of ED experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) in an orderly, systematic approach across the life span to meet changing patient needs in the ER.
